The State Government, through the State Secretariat of Planning and Administration (Seplad), has expanded the "Discount Network" Program starting this July. Currently, 23 partner companies offer services in education, health, aesthetics, vehicle maintenance, and for the first time, also in telecommunications and food.

In addition to the public servants of the Direct and Indirect Administration of the State who hold effective positions, whether active or retired, temporary servants, interns, holders of commissioned positions, political agents, including their dependents and pensioners, can also benefit from the program.

The "Discount Network" Program is an initiative aimed at state public servants and their families, ensuring access to exclusive discounts on products and services. In addition to valuing the servants, the program also strengthens the local economy by stimulating partnerships with companies in the region. The action reinforces the State Government's commitment to the well-being of its servants and the development of local enterprises.

"The Discount Network Program seeks to offer services in a more accessible way, through the program's partners, who provide discounts to servants and their dependents. The program has 23 partner companies that provide services in education, health, aesthetics, among others. For Seplad, knowing that the servants and their dependents are using these services and their discounts makes us very happy and motivates us to continually seek new partners," explains Thais Santos, Director of Occupational Health of the Servant at Seplad.

One of the program's objectives is to make education more accessible and provide professional growth opportunities for state servants. To this end, various educational institutions are part of the program, including schools, foreign language courses, and higher education institutions. These partnerships aim to ensure a reduction in tuition fees and an increase in enrollments, thus encouraging the pursuit of better training and qualification for the servants.

In addition to educational institutions as partners, the program also includes health institutions, such as dental clinics, medical clinics, and aesthetic clinics. The State also has partnerships with restaurants, travel agencies, optical shops, and automotive stores, aiming to better ensure the health and well-being of the servant and their beneficiaries.

"The Discount Network Program has just expanded its partnerships, with six new companies offering benefits to the servants. The advantages include exclusive discounts in areas such as education, health, well-being, leisure, and much more. All this aims to value the public servant and facilitate their daily lives," states Lizandra Takanashi Baseggio, Coordinator of Occupational Health and Safety (CSOS) at Seplad.

Lizandra also emphasizes the importance of partner institutions within the Program. "Seplad is providing the opportunity to these new partner institutions. In addition to gaining visibility for their brand, the institutions can directly contribute to the well-being of thousands of servants and their dependents. These are initiatives designed to recognize the work of each servant, promoting easier access to essential and quality services," concludes Lizandra.

How to join the Discount Network – The servant can access the Seplad website for more information and to learn about all the companies and discounts. After that, just go to the place where they intend to use the chosen service and present the pay stub, personal documentation (ID/CPF), and that of the dependent. Some partner institutions may request a declaration from the Human Resources Department of the agency where the servant is assigned to prove their link.
