The Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat of Social Assistance, Labor, Employment and Income (Seaster), has already provided 14,855 services through the program "Assistance Throughout Pará", executed in the municipalities of Marabá, Abaetetuba, Castanhal, and Bragança.

The focus of the program is to ensure the population's access to essential services, such as document issuance, qualification and training courses, as well as job opportunities, especially for people in situations of social vulnerability or those wishing to enter the job market.

"Our priority is to expand the access of the population of Pará to actions and to increasingly invest in effective mechanisms to promote social inclusion, so that all 144 municipalities are contemplated, promoting well-being and generating employment and income for those seeking personal and professional growth," emphasized Inocencio Gasparim, head of Seaster.

During the action in Marabá, for example, family farmers participated in lectures on the Food Acquisition Program (PAA), and more than 243 women were trained in food handling courses. Another 320 people participated in workshops on the full use of food, healthy recipe practices, composting workshops, and lectures on family farming. Resulting in 2,781 services.

In the Baixo Tocantins region, in the municipality of Abaetetuba, 2,950 services were recorded, highlighting labor intermediation services, issuance of digital work cards, registration updates in the National Employment System (Sine), requests for unemployment insurance, and lectures from the "First Job" program aimed at young people seeking their first job.

In Castanhal, northeastern Pará, training was provided for artisans, formalization of individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for collectors, and support for recycling cooperatives, totaling about 4,415 services.

In Bragança, the State Government recorded 4,709 services. The city received professional qualification services, job fairs, document issuance, legal guidance, as well as the delivery of materials and equipment to strengthen the solidarity economy. Nutritional education actions and composting workshops for family producers were also carried out.

For Pedro Henrique, who participated in the action in Bragança, the event represented a new opportunity in his life. He secured a job in the labor market as a mechanic's assistant and praised the initiative.

"The Government's initiative, through Seaster and private companies, as well as various regional entrepreneurs, brings to the Job Fair new real opportunities for everyone to find a position in the job market, ensuring more dignity in their daily lives. The event was well organized, with excellent service and a smooth flow. I got a job and I am happy," said Pedro Henrique.

The program will carry out its actions in more municipalities in Pará, with the mission of expanding the reach of public policies for assistance, work, and income. The next municipality to receive the action will be Belém, with locations and dates to be announced on Seaster's official channels.
