Electronic Administrative Processes Platform has changes on June 30

The update of the electronic system is essential for public administration and aims to improve the generation, processing, and management of administrative documents.

The Government of Pará, through the State Secretariat of Planning and Administration (Seplad), in partnership with the Information and Communication Technology Company of Pará (Prodepa), will make available a new version of the Electronic Administrative Processes (PAE) platform system, version PAE 4.1, starting June 30. This update of the electronic system, essential for public administration, aims to enhance the generation, processing, and management of documents in state public administration.

The modifications to the system were made based on consultations with platform users, understanding the benefits and needs to be optimized. “The update of PAE 4.1 was developed after the satisfaction survey that SEPLAD conducted at the beginning of 2025 regarding version PAE 4.0. Approximately 1,600 servers provided praise and suggestions for improvement. The update aims to meet the procedural needs of servers when using the system, continuously incorporating new functionalities and improvements,” said Flávia Nunes, director of Logistics Management at Seplad.

Some of the modifications consist of changes to the layout of the inbox and the viewing screen, as well as the creation of tools to optimize the system, such as easy-access buttons for protocol inquiries and a vertical scroll bar to facilitate reading of attachment listings.

The routines for registration, signing, confirmation, processing, and other standard actions will continue to be done in the same way as they are currently. The Seplad team has prepared a document with the improvements applied to the PAE system with the aim of providing practical support and guiding users with the new functionalities.

Main new features of version PAE 4.1:

- Improvements in Process Visualization, allowing for a better user experience.

- Enhancement of the filtering tool, allowing for better organization of the inbox.

- Improvements in processing and archiving functionalities, optimizing and making the process flow more efficient.

- Visualization of Associated Processes, ensuring fluid navigation between processes.

- Improvement in report generation, facilitating monitoring and management.

Currently, the PAE is used by 81 state agencies and was implemented to replace physical processes with electronic ones. The State Government reaffirms its commitment to public administration, seeking to enhance the electronic PAE system, allowing improvements in the daily lives of tool users, as well as directly helping in cost savings and environmental preservation.
