Deadline for regularization in the Public Agents' Asset Registration System ends on the 30th
Public servants with pending issues in the system must provide information about their assets and values to avoid penalties provided for in the legislation

The State Comptroller's Office will finalize, on the 30th, the deadline for public agents of the State Executive Power with pending issues in the Public Agents' Asset Registration System (SISPATRI), referring to the base year 2023-2024, to regularize their status to avoid sanctions provided for in the legislation.
According to the Comptroller's Office, so far 89.48% of state servants have regularized their status in the system, and 10.52% are still in default in SISPATRI. Following the awareness campaign promoted by the state control agency, the expectation is to ensure that the majority of servants seek to resolve their pending issues in the system.
The State Comptroller, Marcos Cantuária, notes that all state servants with pending issues in the system must necessarily regularize their status within the stipulated deadline. “I emphasize that this is the last opportunity for public agents to access the system to provide their data related to assets and values. Furthermore, the Comptroller's Office has been monitoring state agencies to verify if defaulting servants are being notified. The CGE is also certifying agencies that are fully complying with the obligations set forth in SISPATRI and do not have public agents with irregularities in the system,” he explained.
To ensure regularization in SISPATRI, it is necessary to access the website, enter the registered login and password, confirm whether the income tax for the year 2024 (base year: 2023) has been declared, and upload the file in “.DEC” format, which can be obtained from the official website of the Federal Revenue.
Servants who still have questions about how to declare assets and values can check the official Sispatri website for the booklet with the most frequently asked questions, as well as the quick guide for downloading the Federal Revenue Declaration.
The CGE also has official channels to receive inquiries about SISPATRI, such as the email: [email protected] and the phone: (91) 3239-6450.
