Jucepa launches new service that allows company registration and issuance of certificates via WhatsApp
The initiative integrates the Redesim-Conectada program and focuses on strengthening Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs)

The Commercial Board of the State of Pará (Jucepa) launched, this Monday (6), a new digital service that allows the registration of companies and issuance of certificates directly via WhatsApp. The initiative integrates the Redesim-Conectada program and focuses on strengthening Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs).
With this new feature, entrepreneurs can formalize their businesses by calling (91) 3217-5854, using only their mobile phones. The process is entirely digital and requires information from the applicant, the company, the partners, and the responsible accountant. After sending the data, a protocol is generated for analysis by the competent authorities.
In addition to company registration, the tool also allows the request for three types of digital certificates: Simplified, Full Text, and Specific. The system generates a DAE payment slip, and after payment, the certificate is sent via email.
According to the president of Jucepa, Filipe Meireles, the service represents a step forward in the modernization of public services and is expected to contribute to a more accessible and dynamic business environment in the State.

“The advancement represents a milestone in the modernization of public services in Pará. With the implementation, it is expected to create a more dynamic and accessible business environment, benefiting entrepreneurs and contributing to the economic development of the State,” he emphasized.
For the Secretary-General of Jucepa, Karla Dias, the measure expands digital inclusion and brings public service closer to citizens. “The idea is to offer a modern channel that is close to the citizen and reduces obstacles for those who wish to undertake. With WhatsApp, we can provide a more humanized, practical, and quick service,” she highlighted.
The manager of Mercantile Registration, Roberto Canelas, emphasizes that the initiative also improves administrative efficiency, reduces the time for formalization, and standardizes procedures.
“By integrating company registration with a tool as popular as WhatsApp, we can reduce the average time for formalization and standardize procedures, which ensures more transparency and agility for the entrepreneur,” he explained.
The expectation is that the new service will boost the emergence of businesses throughout Pará, strengthen the productive sector, and stimulate job and income generation.
