Estação das Docas announces free programming for the Círio Project at Estação 2025
The initiative brings together folkloric groups in a special edition of the Pôr do Som project, oxen, orchestra, and local bands at the São Pedro Nolasco Amphitheater.

The Nazareth season began in Belém, bringing the cultural effervescence, flavors, symbols, and enchantment that the Círio of Our Lady of Nazaré provides for all who experience this period. The Social Organization Pará 2000, which manages Estação das Docas, with support from Vale, promotes a wide range of free musical programming on October 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2025, as part of the Círio na Estação project.
CÍRIO NA ESTAÇÃO
The programming began on September 27, 2025, with the arrival of the Official Cord of Círio 2025. One of the main symbols of faith will be on display until 3 PM on October 11 at Warehouse 1. The exhibition is a co-organization of the Social Organization Pará 2000, which manages Estação das Docas, and the Directors of the Nazaré Festival, Arraial, and Decoration, with support from the State Government.

The complex, which is one of the main windows for local artists, will host an extensive cultural program bringing together folkloric groups in a special edition of the Pôr do Som project, oxen, orchestra, and local bands, directly from the stage set up at the São Pedro Nolasco Amphitheater. All programming is free.
For Ruan Rocha, president of the Social Organization Pará 2000, responsible for managing the Estação, the proposal is to unite faith, culture, and tourism. “Círio is one of the greatest symbols of our identity and tradition, and Estação das Docas has become one of the central points of this celebration. Here, Our Lady of Nazaré passes through three significant moments of the festival: in the Fluvial Círio, in the Trasladação, and in the grand procession on Sunday, blessing thousands of faithful and welcoming tourists who come to experience this unique event. That’s why we make a point of offering a diverse cultural program that values our art and further strengthens the spirit of the festivity,” he emphasized.

With over 40 years of operation in the Amazon, Vale has sponsored the official Círio and other initiatives that make the month of October even more special for the people of Pará for over 20 years. “In this very special moment of Pará's culture, Vale is once again a partner of 'Círio na Estação': a differentiated program that highlights and strengthens the talents of the region, bringing music to all visitors of this emblematic postcard of Belém,” highlights Hugo Barreto, president of the Vale Cultural Institute.
FREE PROGRAMMING
The programming starts on Thursday, October 9, with a night dedicated to Pará's cultural traditions. The audience will be able to watch the performance of the Parafolcloric Group Frutos do Pará, followed by Boi Veludinho. Closing the night, singer Markinho Duran takes the stage with a lot of rhythm and excitement.

On Friday, October 10, the Estação will receive a mix of rhythms. The opening will be by the Regional Group Iaçá Luterana, followed by the contagious energy of the Band Reggaetown. Boi Veludinho returns to the programming and the night ends with the sound of the Band Orlando Pereira.
Saturday, October 11, will be marked by instrumental music. Right at 9 AM, the Vale Música Symphonic Band will perform at the complex, entertaining the audience waiting for the arrival of the Fluvial Romaria.

On Sunday of Círio, October 12, the performances will begin in the late afternoon with Group Mururé. Next, Boi Veludinho returns accompanied by children's entertainment, in reference to Children's Day. To close the cultural programming, the Band Fruto Sensual promises a special show with Amazonian rhythms.
