To provide public service with excellence, efficient communication, humanized attitudes, as well as to stimulate assertiveness and proactivity in service, the State Department of Education (Seduc), through the Directorate of Training (Difor) and in partnership with the School of Public Governance of the State of Pará (EGPA), promotes the course "Quality in Public Service" for education professionals working at the headquarters of the Secretary in Belém. With a workload of 20 hours, the training started on Monday (15) and concluded this Friday (19).

"The realization of the course 'Quality in Public Service' is fundamental for the servers at the Seduc headquarters who work at the reception and in external public service. This training process strengthens communication, empathy, and efficiency skills, ensuring that each citizen is welcomed with respect, agility, and clarity of information. In addition to enhancing the institutional image of Seduc, the course contributes to building a more humanized environment, promoting trust, transparency, and a service that reflects the Secretary's commitment to education and to society in general that seeks our services," said the director of Difor, Raimundo Corrêa.

More than 30 Seduc professionals participate in the course. Like the server Raimunda Aldenora Seabra, who works at the reception of the Undersecretariat of Basic Education (Saeb). "This course values the server and makes us serve better, with quality, because we have been here for a long time and it is very good to see this improvement, to see that we are being seen as servers and that we are receiving a quality course to better serve the people who come from outside, who need our caring and respectful attention, and this course is reviving the quality of public service," she reflected.

For Alfonsina de Jesus, from the Directorate of Planning Selection and Evidence (Dipse), the qualification enhances the work developed. "The course is being very relevant because it is a qualification for us, Seduc servers. Here we improve the quality of our service to all those who need our guidance, our service. So, this moment needs to be part of our agenda as servers, of continuous training, it is part of our growth as professionals," highlighted the server.
