Project ‘Trilhas Formativas’ strengthens collaboration between Seduc and municipalities
State Government initiative and partners offer training in five strategic areas to enhance educational management in the municipal network

The State Department of Education (Seduc) launched the project "Trilhas Formativas" on this Monday (25). The goal is to provide training for leaders and technicians working in the municipality, expanding knowledge about the pedagogical and administrative processes necessary to strengthen management, as well as the implementation of educational policies. The project's opening was held online, during a live session conducted by coordinator and professor Augusto Paes.
The project is promoted in partnership with the National Union of Municipal Education Leaders (Undime-Pará) and the Motriz Institute. The initiative seeks to consolidate and strengthen cooperation between the state and municipalities, as highlighted by Seduc's head, Ricardo Sefer.
"Our goal is to support municipal managers with tools that ensure quality public education, strengthening management in all its dimensions. This alignment between the state and municipalities is essential for policies to reach students more efficiently," said the manager.

The trails are organized into five axes - Administrative and financial management in education; Educational political management; People management and leadership; Pedagogical management and collegiate bodies; and School management and climate.
The training sessions will begin on September 9, with the opening lecture at the Seduc auditorium, addressing modules on the theme "Education Financing" on September 15, and "Financial and Budgetary Resources" and "Management Systems and Financing" on September 18 and 22. The transmission will be live on ip.TV at 4 PM.
The president of Undime, professor Sandra Helena, emphasized the importance of the partnership with Seduc for strengthening education.
"Undime will always be open to partnerships with Seduc, which has been promoting carefully crafted trails to strengthen both municipal management and pedagogical work. With strengthened management, we advance in the development of education throughout the state," she highlighted.

Subsequently, the trail of Educational Political Management will begin on September 25, with "Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion," followed by the module on "Analysis of Indicators and Planning" on September 28.
According to Professor Augusto Paes from the Undersecretariat of Network Management and Collaboration Regime (Sarc), "the project seeks to welcome, reflect, and inspire municipal networks, consolidating the collaboration regime by deepening knowledge about the pedagogical and administrative processes necessary to improve management and the implementation of educational public policies in municipal education networks," said Augusto.
The training cycle will conclude with the certification of participants on October 2 at the Seduc auditorium.
