The State Secretariat for Environment, Climate and Sustainability (Semas) has released the weather forecast for July 26 and 27, the last weekend of the month. According to the bulletin prepared by the Hydrometeorological Monitoring Center, the weather is expected to remain hot and humid on Saturday, with isolated showers in some regions. On Sunday, the scenario changes, with a predominance of dry weather, although the feeling of stuffiness will still persist due to high humidity.

In the Metropolitan Region of Belém, Saturday will have a partially cloudy morning and muggy weather, with temperatures ranging from 26 ºC to 32 ºC. There is a high probability of moderate thunderstorms in the late afternoon and early evening. On Sunday, the weather changes: the sky is expected to be clearer and drier, with a reduction in rainfall. In Mosqueiro, brief rain may still occur early in the evening.

In the northeastern region of Pará, Saturday is expected to have a stable morning, but with a forecast of moderate rain in the afternoon and evening, mainly along the coast. The beaches of Marudá, Ajuruteua, and Salinópolis are expected to experience rain showers between 4 PM and 8 PM. On Sunday, the day will be hot and humid, with a possibility of light and isolated rain in the afternoon. In the evening, the weather tends to become more stable, with temperatures ranging from 22 ºC to 24 ºC.

In the Marajó archipelago, Saturday will have clear skies, intense heat, and high humidity. There is a low probability of rain, but isolated showers may occur at the end of the day. On Sunday, the weather remains dry with few clouds. In Muaná, temperatures range from 23 ºC to 33 ºC.

In the Southeast and Southwest of Pará, the scenario is one of atmospheric stability for both days. The mornings will be sunny, and the afternoons will have varying clouds, with no forecast of rain. The nights are expected to be muggy. In Nova Ipixuna, thermometers may reach up to 34 ºC.

In the Lower Amazon and Northern Channel, the mornings of Saturday and Sunday will be hot and humid, with a possibility of light to moderate rain in the afternoon and evening, especially in the western portion of the region. In Alenquer, temperatures are expected to range from 24 ºC to 36 ºC.

The forecast also includes the times and heights of the tides for different points in the state. In Mosqueiro, for example, the high tide on Sunday (27) is expected at 1:32 PM, with 3.13 meters. In Salinas, one of the most sought-after destinations during the Pará summer, the high tide on Saturday and Sunday is expected at 8:29 AM, with 4.97 meters, and at 9:04 AM with 4.90 meters, respectively.
