PMPA receives delegation from the Military Police of Piauí for exchange of best administrative practices
The Military Police of Pará received, on this Monday (14), a delegation from the Military Police of Piauí (PMPI) in an institutional exchange agenda. The purpose of the visit is to learn about and absorb best administrative practices adopted by PMPA, especially in the areas of strategic planning, resource mobilization, and the establishment of agreements.
During the visit, Colonel Ronald Moura, planning director of the PM of Piauí, highlighted that the delegation came to Pará following discussions between the general commander of PMPI, Colonel Scheiwann Lopes, and the general commander of PMPA, Colonel Dilson Júnior, to observe the best practices of the Pará administration.
“Pará is a national reference in the management of parliamentary amendments and in the articulation with state and federal spheres to ensure structural investments in public security,” emphasized Colonel Ronald Moura, who mentioned the structured portfolio, in which, for example, parliamentarians can allocate resources directly to specific demands of the corporation. “It is an efficient, modern practice that we also want to implement in our state,” Colonel Ronald stated.
“We are very pleased to receive the delegation from the Military Police of Piauí, which came to our state in search of best practices and management models. This exchange of experiences strengthens the integration between public security institutions. We are honored to be a reference in the field of resource mobilization and management of agreements, an area that requires strategic planning, institutional articulation, and, above all, focus on the real needs of the corporation and the population we serve,” emphasized Colonel Dilson.
