The "Caravana Saeb 2025" from the State Department of Education (Seduc) continues to promote personalized training for leaders of state schools throughout the Pará territory. This Thursday (10), the initiative reached the school units of the Regional Education Directorate (DRE) of Maracanã, which includes the municipalities of Igarapé-Açu and Magalhães Barata.

The goal of the Caravana Saeb is to qualify the educational leaders of the DREs and the schools in the network, focusing on the scenario, analyzing the results, and improving proficiency and school flow in preparation for the Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb) of 2025.

"The Caravana Saeb 2025 allows us to share experiences, listen to our directors, and present the strategies adopted throughout Pará to improve learning. We leave with a sense of duty fulfilled, happy with the engagement, enthusiasm, and good practices presented. With the effort and dedication of all regional leaders, we remain firm on the right path to strengthen our students' learning and advance even further in the Saeb of 2025,” said Júlio Meireles, Deputy Secretary of Basic Education at Seduc.

The program included the moment of "Live Panel: Sharing Good Practices," a space dedicated to listening, visibility, and recognition of the DRE managers responsible for practices aimed at preparing for the Basic Education Assessment System.

For the administrative vice-principal of the Maria Ione State School in Igarapé-Açu, Auricélia Nascimento, the meeting reinforces the state management's commitment to advancing public education. "The goal for 2025 is to raise the school's score even higher. We thank the Seduc team, which has been supporting the schools, for the materials distributed, for the strong training sessions that are happening, which are helping us grow more and improve education, especially here in Igarapé-Açu," she emphasized.

Principal Auricélia Nascimento highlighted that the Caravana encourages the work of directors, teachers, and students. "The Maria Ione School is a school that is increasingly standing out, and this is also due to the support of everyone. We are conducting math games, we have science fairs, and many other projects and initiatives. We want to improve and overcome difficulties."

Positive impact on schools - The Caravana Saeb 2025 has already visited 30 DREs, including Santa Izabel do Pará, Capanema, Bragança, Castanhal, Abaetetuba, Marabá, Parauapebas, Santarém, Monte Alegre, and Óbidos; the five DREs of Ananindeua; ten DREs of Belém, Capitão Poço, Mãe do Rio, and Cametá, in addition to Benevides and Santa Bárbara, which corresponds to 81% of the Pará territory.

So far, the Caravana has served 1,528 educational leaders, including managers, technical teams from the DREs, directors, pedagogical vice-directors, and school secretaries.
