Seduc holds a large class in Castanhal to support students in preparation for the Enem
The Maria das Mercês de Oliveira Conor State School will host, starting at 7:30 AM, a free large class focused on the main subjects required by the exam
Students preparing for the National High School Exam (Enem) will have an additional opportunity to enhance their knowledge this Saturday (28), in the municipality of Castanhal. The Maria das Mercês de Oliveira Conor State School will host, starting at 7:30 AM, a free large class focused on the main subjects required by the exam. The action, promoted by the 'Enem Pará' project of the State Department of Education (Seduc), aims to provide reinforcement to participants, contributing to better performance in the assessment.
Teachers will present content from the three areas of knowledge required in the national exam: Human Sciences and their Technologies; Natural Sciences and their Technologies; and Mathematics and their Technologies. Additionally, there will be a review and analysis of the latest Enem exams.
In addition to reviewing the content covered in the Enem, the large class promotes a moment of exchange and collective preparation, as well as addressing the matrices related to the Basic Education Assessment System (Saeb).
The initiative marks the end of the semester of the project, which offers free classes for public school students. Student Taylor Roger, from the Maria das Mercês de Oliveira Conor State School, shares that the classes have been essential for reinforcing content and increasing confidence when studying.
“I think these ‘large classes’ are important for reviewing the Enem content, as well as helping students who cannot afford a course or have access to the internet for research. Now, with them, I feel more prepared to take the Enem exam, as these moments help me to be more focused, motivated, and dedicated to my studies,” said the student.
More than just a reinforcement in studies, the initiative has become an important ally in the journey of thousands of students across the state. With actions designed to develop the skills required in the main assessments, the program reaches continuously and accessibly those who need it most, bringing knowledge closer to the reality of each student, wherever they may be.
“Our classes occur daily at the Peace Factories in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, in the DREs and affiliated schools, focusing on the skills of the Enem and Saeb, prioritizing the main difficulties of the students. On weekends, we hold large classes with the same objective. We also serve all 144 municipalities in Pará, bringing this work to the locations that request our presence,” highlights Márcio Lisboa, coordinator of Enem Pará.
Preparation for students - Among the actions that demonstrate the State Government's commitment to valuing public education and improving learning outcomes, the Enem Pai D’Égua project stands out. The initiative offers preparatory classes for the Enem, broadcast for free on channel 7.2 starting in the second half of June, covering all areas of knowledge.
Additionally, school reinforcement is present at all stages of basic education, with special attention to students in the 3rd year of high school, who are preparing to complete this phase and take the next steps in their journeys.
Students also have access to pre-Enem classes at the Peace Factories and participate in large reviews, the traditional large classes, promoted both by the Enem Pará project and by the Regional Education Directorates (DREs). These actions form a support network that strengthens students' preparation, bringing them closer to the dream of entering higher education.
