Sefa sends notification of pending issues via mail to taxpayers
Consultation to Cadin (Informative Register of Unpaid Credits from public agencies and entities) is available on the Services Portal of the Secretary of Finance

The Secretary of Finance (Sefa) is notifying taxpayers with pending issues registered in the Informative Register of Unpaid Credits from the State Public Administration (Cadin-PA) in three ways: through a message via the Electronic Taxpayer Domicile (DEC), an electronic postal mail; through e-Letter sent by the Post Office, and now, with the publication of notices in the Electronic Official Gazette of Sefa (Doe-Sefa) on the website of the Secretary.
Since the beginning of last April, 122 taxpayers have been notified through the Notice. This represents 277 pending issues related to credits registered in tax or non-tax debt.
The Secretary of Finance of Pará, René Sousa Júnior, explains that notification through various means enhances formal communication and provides quality service to the taxpayer, so that they can regularize their situation.

The Cadin-Pa was established by State Law No. 8,873 of 06/25/2019. It is a register with information regarding the pending issues of individuals and legal entities with the state public administration agencies and entities, and can be accessed in public or private consultation on the Sefa Services Portal.
The Cadin allows the administration to monitor the public sector credit beneficiary. For example, to know if the bidding participant has debts with the state management. Taxpayers who have debts with the State can use the service to check their pending issues. Companies with debts to the state tax authority cannot participate in public tenders.
The consultation to Cadin is available on the Secretary of Finance's Services Portal at the link https://app.sefa.pa.gov.br/cadin/bem-vindo. In case of doubts and to obtain guidance, it is possible to call or message 0800.725.5533, or talk to Sefa's virtual assistant on the website www.sefa.pa.gov.br. The call to the call center is free and operates from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
