Patients and companions of the Women's Hospital of Pará (HMPA) get into the World Cup spirit and reinforce their support for the national team

In a total World Cup atmosphere, the Women's Hospital of Pará (HMPA) welcomes and cheers up patients and companions of the unit. For the second game of the Brazilian national team, which will take place this Friday (19), the expectation is high for the match against Haiti in Philadelphia, United States.

Patient Renata Silva, 33 years old, was at her first follow-up appointment with the general surgeon after undergoing endometriosis surgery in May of this year and has already gotten into the World Cup spirit, inspired by her team from Pará. "Look, Brazil has to bring this sixth title, Paysandu is already a six-time champion, how can the Brazilian national team not bring this title to us?" jokes the patient.

During her follow-up appointment after surgery, patient Renata Silva took advantage of the waiting time in the outpatient clinic to make a crochet crop top in the colors of Brazil

While waiting for her appointment, Renata took the opportunity to make a crochet piece, but not just any piece, it's a personalized one: a crop top in the colors of the Brazilian flag. "It will be like a little crochet top for me to wear later, very Brazilian, actually a yellow crop top and I'm going to stick a flag here and put more straps to tie and cross at the back, so I won't even give confidence to the enemy," she said with laughter.

Regarding her guess for the game between Brazil and Haiti, she is confident it will be a landslide score. "3 to 1 for our Brazil," the supporter declares.

Sílvia and Aline Nascimento, mother and daughter, were also confident. Sílvia is a patient receiving treatment for chronic back pain with the physiatrist in the outpatient clinic, accompanied by her daughter. When asked about her expectations, she didn't hold back on her guess or her supporter style, dressed in the Brazil jersey, with her nails painted green and yellow and earrings of the country's flag. "I think we really have to believe and it will be a 3x1 victory for our team," she opined.

The daughter, Aline, was even more optimistic and believes it will be a score of 4 to 1 for Brazil, but she assesses that the team's performance will depend on the coach's choices. "I believe Ancelotti will put Endrick in for this and I also think Haiti is a team that can be overcome, Brazil can score four goals, but there also has to be that goal on the other side to wake us up," she commented.

Dressed appropriately, patient Sílvia Nascimento and her daughter Aline showed optimism and style in supporting the sixth championship

Despite having promised her boyfriend that she wouldn't create expectations for this Cup, Aline admits she has succumbed to supporting the team. "I even told my boyfriend that I wasn't going to create expectations, but when the Cup started, I immediately bought three Brazil jerseys. But I think being Brazilian is that, you have to have hope, that's how I am," she emphasized.

Also joining the support was the couple Eliane and Marco Antônio Garcia. Eliane was waiting for an appointment with the rheumatologist accompanied by her husband. They both bet on the same score of a Brazilian victory by 2 to 1.

The couple Eliane and Marco Antônio Garcia followed the activity in the hospital and joined forces in their guess for a victory for the Brazilian national team

For Eliane, the dream of a sixth championship remains alive and depends on the players' dedication on the field. "If they put in the effort, we will win the hex this year," concluded the patient.
