Responsible for the initial and ongoing training of the Military Police officers, the CFAP plays a central role in preparing the agents who work directly in public service. With courses such as the Training of Officers (CFP), the unit offers theoretical and practical training, including shooting instructions, police action techniques, use of less lethal equipment, and practices focused on ethics, discipline, and respect for citizenship.

Governor Helder highlighted the State's commitment to modernizing public security. “Today we have the opportunity to deliver an important facility for the Military Police of our State. The first phase of the Military Police Training Center, with a structure completely designed and built to better train our professionals and give due value and importance to the training and improvement process of the Military Police of the State of Pará. We are delivering the entire administrative structure of the Training Center, and in the second phase, with ongoing works, we will also have classroom structures in this new Center, since today, already in the complex positioned here, in this same structure, those who were approved in the last public competitions are being trained. With this, we are increasingly investing in public security,” emphasized the governor.

Modern and expanded structure - Located on Avenida Brigadeiro Protásio, in the Souza neighborhood, the new administrative block of the CFAP has a basement, three floors, and an elevated helipad, in addition to expanded environments for pedagogical, administrative, and strategic activities.

The structure is distributed as follows:
Ground floor: reception, CFAP memorial, elevator hall, Student Body, Teaching Division, and restrooms.
1st floor: sections P1, P2, and P3, pantry, psychologist and advisor rooms, auditorium, teachers' room, command secretary, sub-command room, and command room.
2nd floor: main hall, reception, rooms for the Commander-General's Secretary and his advisory, Commander-General's office, Governor's Advisory room, Governor's office, pantry, and restrooms.
3rd floor: reception hall, restrooms, and Graesp decompression room.
The building also includes locker rooms, dining rooms, accommodations, guardhouse, entrance portico, parking, and elevated helipad.

The General Commander of PMPA, Colonel Sérgio Ricardo Neves de Almeida, emphasized that the new structure directly strengthens the quality of service provided to society. “Training is the foundation of all our work. With this modern and equipped space, our police officers will have better conditions for learning, training, and preparation. The entire population of Pará benefits from this,” he declared.

Investments - The project is part of the State Government's strategy to reinforce the training and qualification policy for security agents.

In the first phase, investments were made:
* Construction of the new building: R$ 30,598,825.66
* Furniture and electronics: R$ 928,247.00
* Total: R$ 31,527,072.66

The delivery of the 1st phase of the new CFAP marks another advance in the modernization of structures dedicated to the Military Police, reinforcing the State's commitment to public security and the appreciation of the professionals who work on the front lines of social protection.
