Security forces complete escort of test packages in Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba
Held on November 30 and December 7 in the three municipalities of the Metropolitan Region due to COP30, the National High School Exam takes place in over 200 locations
The National High School Exam (Enem) is being held this Sunday (30) in 202 locations in the municipalities of Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba (Metropolitan Region of the capital of Pará). To ensure the tranquility of the exam, security agents escorted the test packages and monitored all logistics to the locations where the exam will be applied.
The Enem 2025 Operation, in this second phase held in Pará on November 30 and December 7, mobilizes about 1,400 security agents, who operate integrated under the coordination of the State Secretariat for Public Security and Social Defense (Segup). The operation is also integrated with the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) and partner agencies.
No incidents - The delivery of the packages, carried out by the Post Office, was supported by the Military Police throughout all routes, from 10 am to 12 pm, with no incidents reported at the Enem locations. The agents remain on standby, monitoring all movement around the test locations throughout the exam, from the opening of the gates at 12 pm until the conclusion of the exam at 7 pm.
According to the head of Segup, Ualame Machado, the task force established by the Public Security System is essential for the logistics to the test locations to occur without any incidents outside the planning.
“This year, the Enem is being held in Pará over four Sundays due to COP30, and fortunately, so far everything is going according to plan. We completed the escort of the tests this first Sunday for the municipalities of Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba with total security, and without any incidents. Now, our teams that have been at the CICC (Integrated Command and Control Center) since 8 am continue to monitor the roads around the test locations, ensuring integrated alignment among the security forces, so that until the conclusion of the exam everything goes as planned and everyone can take the test with tranquility,” said Ualame Machado.
Information - The monitoring of actions is being carried out at the CICC in Belém since 8 am today (30). At the location, the security forces are concentrated receiving information, monitoring the information, and communicating with agents operating in the streets and around the test locations, ensuring the alignment of data and necessary actions. By the end of the morning, no incidents were reported.
The Enem 2025 Operation involves agents from Segup, through the Air (Graesp) and River Security Groups (GFlu); Integrated Operations Center (Ciop); Civil, Military, and Scientific Police; State Traffic Department (Detran); Municipal Guards and municipal traffic agencies, in addition to the State Secretariat of Education (Seduc), Post Office, Army, Equatorial (electricity concessionaire), and the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep), which conducts the exam.
