Seduc gathers over 10,000 students in the largest review class for the Enem ever held in Pará
Mega event at Mangueirinho reinforces preparation for the Enem, brings together students from public and private schools, and includes motivation from the governor and emotional support actions
More than ten thousand students participated this Friday (28) in the largest "review class" ever promoted by the State Department of Education (Seduc). The final review for the National High School Exam (Enem) took place at the Mangueirinho gymnasium in Belém, gathering students from Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba, municipalities that had their exam dates adjusted due to the COP30 event.
The initiative reinforces the commitment of the government of Pará to the preparation of candidates, bringing together students from both public and private networks. Thirty teachers from the state network taught classes in Languages, Mathematics, History, Geography, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Human Sciences.
Support message from the governor
Governor Helder Barbalho participated via videoconference and sent words of encouragement, highlighting the importance of organization and emotional balance in the final stretch of the Enem. He also reinforced the offer of free transportation on exam days.
"Review, but also rest your mind. Wake up at the right time, check the exam location, and use the free transportation. We are working to ensure you do an excellent exam and shine. You are learning from the best teachers in Pará. The formula is simple: the best students, the best teachers, and our future university students," emphasized the governor.
Largest review ever organized by the State
Vice Governor Hana Ghassan was present and spoke with the students, reinforcing the motivational aspect of the event: “This 'review class' is not just content review, but an encouragement. It is a way to tell each student that we believe in them and their ability to do well on the exam,” she highlighted.
The Secretary of Education, Ricardo Sefer, celebrated the unprecedented scale of the action. According to him, in addition to the students present at Mangueirinho, students from the 141 municipalities that have already taken the Enem had access to a review transmitted via videoconference on YouTube. "We gathered about ten thousand students. This shows the value of public education and how much our professionals have to contribute. I always say: the result is a consequence of dedication. Do your best," he pointed out.
Emotional support and wellness services
In addition to the classes, the event offered massage services, skin cleansing, and psychological support, in partnership with Faci College, to help manage anxiety. Student Juvanilson Gusmão, from the 3rd year of high school, highlighted his dream of studying Psychology. "I feel motivated. This government initiative is a boost for us," he thanked.
Geography teacher Alexandre Donato reinforced the relevance of the final review and highlighted possible themes for the exam: "Pay attention to environmental themes, regional and global impacts, environmental conferences, and climate extremes, which are always very present in the Enem.”
Mayda Sophie Amaral, a student at Santana Marques School, emphasized the emotional impact of the preparation. “This initiative gives a lot of confidence. It is a very important review to do well on the Enem,” she stressed.
Structure and security
Security was coordinated by the Seduc Safe School Program, with the involvement of over 100 military police officers.
Broadcast and continuation of classes
The "review class" was broadcast live on Seduc's YouTube channel and on Educational TV (channel 7.2). The reinforcement classes will continue to be shown until December 5, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:05 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:05 PM, on Cemep's YouTube channels and Educational TV.
