The holding of the Climate Summit and the 30th United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP30), which will take place in Belém in November 2025, causes changes in the operation of the agencies and entities of the executive power of Pará, as provided in State Decree No. 4,348, for the period from November 5 to 21, 2025.

The Dr. Roberto Macedo Emergency Room is part of the backup network of the government of Pará

In the health area, the Dr. Roberto Macedo Emergency Room, the Metropolitan Hospital of Urgency and Emergency (HMUE), the Jean Bitar Hospital, and the Regional Hospital Dr. Abelardo Santos (HRAS) are among the backup units of the government of Pará, both for the population that is part of the care and reference profile of the units and for possible demands arising from the international event.

The State Department of Public Health (Sespa), the Hemopa Foundation, the Ophir Loyola Hospital, the Integrated Center for Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR), and the Metropolitan Polyclinic announced normal operation during the period. The Gaspar Vianna Clinical Hospital (FHCGV) will operate on a standby basis for the care of hospitalized patients and for urgent and emergency cases in cardiology and psychiatry.

On weekends, a team will be present on-site if there is a notification of demand.
