Cidadania Stations in the Metropolitan Region of Belém have special hours during COP 30
New hours were defined considering the increase in the flow of people and the traffic changes expected in the capital and nearby cities during the event
In order to ensure the mobility of users and staff during the 30th United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP 30), which will be held in Belém, the Government of Pará, through the Secretary of Planning and Administration (Seplad), informs that three units of the Cidadania Stations, located in the Metropolitan Region of Belém (RMB), will operate on special hours starting this Wednesday (05).
The units Pátio Belém, Grão Pará, and Ananindeua will operate from 10 AM to 2 PM, from November 5 to 21. The new hours were defined considering the increase in the flow of people and the traffic changes expected in the capital and nearby municipalities during the conference period.
Kleber Lara, General Coordinator of the Cidadania Stations, explained that the adjustment in hours aims to balance the maintenance of essential services and the logistical context of the city during the event.
"Our priority is to ensure that the population continues to have access to the services offered by the Cidadania Stations, even in light of the changes that COP 30 will bring to the routine of the Metropolitan Region. The new hours were designed to avoid disruptions and ensure efficient and quality service to all those in need," explained Kleber.
Among the main agencies present at the Cidadania Stations are the Department of Transit of the State of Pará (Detran), State Secretariat of Social Assistance, Labor, Employment and Income of Pará (Seaster), Civil Police (PC), Public Defender's Office of the State of Pará (DPE), Banpará, Commercial Registry of the State of Pará (Jucepa), Federal Revenue, Institute of Assistance for State Servants of Pará (Iasep), among other municipal, state, and federal agencies.
At the Cidadania Stations, the population has access to services such as: issuance of identity card (RG); consultation of income tax refund (IRPF); reception and analysis of processes; CNH service (first license, category change, jurisdiction change, legislation, biometrics, and renewal).
It is also possible to obtain documents CRV, CRLV, and digital; unemployment insurance; issuance of digital work card; procedural consultation; guidance and protection of consumer rights, analysis of socioeconomic vulnerability, banking services, among others.
The other units, located in the interior of the State, will maintain their normal operation according to the usual hours of each municipality.

Cidadania Station Shopping Grão-Pará - Av. Centenário, 1052 - Ground Floor - Val-de-Cans, Belém.
Cidadania Station Shopping Metrópole Ananindeua - Rod. BR-316, Km 4, 4,500 - Coqueiro, Ananindeua.
Cidadania Station São Brás - Closed, reopens on November 24.
