On the morning of this Monday (3), the ParáPaz Foundation held the certification ceremony for 60 students who completed courses in concierge agent; file management and sustainable IT. The event took place in the Foundation's auditorium, located in the Marco neighborhood of Belém.

There were 18 students certified in the concierge agent course, 20 in file management, and 22 in sustainable IT, three areas that enhance the chances of entering the job market.

The courses were taught by professors Renan Freitas and Leonardo Gurjão, who conducted the classes with a focus on practical content applicable to professional routines. The concierge agent course trained participants to work in condominiums, companies, and public and private institutions, focusing on customer service, asset security, and access control.

The file management course highlighted the importance of document organization, teaching techniques for physical and digital filing, essential for the proper functioning of offices and public agencies.

The sustainable IT course offered concepts of technology, equipment maintenance, and practices for reusing materials, preparing students to work in administrative and technical support areas.

Among the graduates, student Alcilene Querino thanked the state government and the ParáPaz Foundation for the opportunity to participate in the qualification for free. She emphasized the welcoming atmosphere at the unit and praised the professor for the clear and dedicated way he conducted the classes.

The coordinator of the ParáPaz Social and Professional Unit, Beatriz Lopes, highlighted that the courses, although short in duration, were intense and comprehensive. “They were quick courses, with about five meetings, held over approximately a month, but with extended hours and well-utilized classes, covering all the necessary topics for the students' training,” she explained.
