Theater groups present free performances at Teatro Waldemar Henrique

The Experimental Theater Waldemar Henrique will host three performances this Tuesday (22) that address the importance of caring for the environment. With free admission, the presentations will begin at 7 PM, as part of the special anniversary program of the cultural space.

The performances will be conducted by the Palhaços Trovadores, the Companhia Thaetro de Performance e Espetáculos, and the theatrical group Unipop from the Instituto Universidade Popular.

The Palhaços Trovadores will open the night with the show “Musiclown”, featuring popular songs used by the group in their performances, along with verses created by one of the members.

Next, the Companhia Thaetro de Performance e Espetáculos will present “Amanajés”, a play that explores the relationship between humans and the environment. The performance aims to raise awareness among the audience about caring for forests and indigenous peoples, showing that the unity of all in defense of the forests is the way to preserve and ensure the future.

Concluding the program, the theatrical group Unipop will present the play “Tekohá”, which brings to the stage environmental issues and the relationship between humans and nature. The plot unfolds from the search for answers and solutions to the impacts that the environment faces due to human actions.

The performances are part of the celebration of the 46th anniversary of the Experimental Theater Waldemar Henrique.
