Civil society interested in joining the Brazilian delegation at COP30 can now register their interest for accreditation

The deadline is until September 30, and registrations are made online. NGOs, social movements, companies, associations from the productive sector, collectives, traditional peoples, unions, and academic institutions can apply.

The deadline is until September 30, and registrations are made online. Institutions and representatives of organized society interested in being part of the national delegation at the United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP30) can apply. The deadline continues until September 30 for registering interest in accreditation. Applications are made exclusively online, through a form available on the Participatory Brazil Portal [link below].

Delegates have access to the Blue Zone, which is the space where official negotiations and technical meetings of COP30 take place. The Brazilian delegation is characterized by the diversity of society mobilized around climate justice.

Representatives from three sectors can apply to be part of the national delegation:

1. Organized civil society: Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), social movements, traditional peoples and communities, collectives, union entities, and academic institutions (colleges and universities).

2. Private: Organizations, representative associations of the productive sector.

3. Subnational: Representatives from the Executive, Legislative, and Judiciary branches of States, Municipalities, and the Federal District.

The confirmation of accreditation will be made by the UNFCCC at the end of the process, via email with instructions for collecting credentials.

Indigenous peoples - Accreditation for indigenous communities and peoples will be conducted by the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples (MPI), also online.
