By launching a new simplified selection process, Seap opens more than 600 vacancies throughout Pará

The State Secretariat of Penitentiary Administration of Pará (Seap) has opened registrations for the 3rd Simplified Selection Process (PSS) of 2025, offering 612 vacancies for positions at the fundamental, medium, technical, and higher levels. Salaries can reach R$ 5,639.00. Registrations must be made exclusively online, starting from 00:00 on September 10, 2025, until 23:59 on September 14, 2025.
Waldilson Colins, head of the People Management Directorate (DGP) of Seap, states that the arrival of new professionals will represent an essential reinforcement for strengthening penitentiary management policies. “They will directly support administrative and operational routines, ensuring greater efficiency, speed, and quality in the execution of services. In addition, they will contribute to the appreciation of the existing workforce, promoting a better distribution of activities and favoring the achievement of the strategic results of the Secretariat,” detailed Colins.
Documentation - The People Management Directorate (DGP) recommends a thorough reading of the notice, carefully analyzing each item, especially the mandatory requirements for participation in the selection process. It is worth noting that the absence of the required documents - especially personal ones, is one of the main causes of elimination in the PSS, as well as the attachment of incorrect or divergent files from those requested in the notice.
Remunerations
Fundamental level: R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais) + 100% Life Risk Gratification R$ R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais) + R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) for food assistance, according to current legislation.
Medium level: R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais) + 100% Life Risk Gratification R$ R$ 1,320.00 (one thousand three hundred and twenty reais) + Salary Bonus of R$ 100.00 (one hundred reais) + R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) for food assistance, according to current legislation.
Higher level: R$ 1,724.64 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-four reais and sixty-four cents) + 100% Life Risk Gratification R$ 1,724.64 (one thousand seven hundred and twenty-four reais and sixty-four cents) + 40% Education Gratification R$ 689.86 (six hundred and eighty-nine reais and eighty-six cents) + Food Assistance of R$ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais), according to current legislation.
Available positions: Analyst in Information Management, Analyst in Penitentiary Management, with a degree in Social Sciences; Nursing; Medicine; Medicine with Specialization in Psychiatry; Nutrition; Dentistry; Pedagogy; Psychology; and, Social Work; Analyst in Public Management, with a degree in Accounting Sciences; Administrative Assistant; Agricultural Assistant; IT Assistant; Social Reintegration and Work Assistant; Agricultural Services Assistant; Physical Education; Veterinary Medicine; Nursing Technician.
Some positions require, in addition to the diploma or certificate of completion, additional requirements, such as the completion of a specific technical course or registration in a Professional Council.
