Rádio Cultura 93.7 FM completes four decades of creation this year, and to celebrate the date, Cultura Rede de Comunicação will hold a special program on Saturday, September 13, at the Portal da Amazônia, in Belém.

It will be a whole day of sports activities, sustainability actions from the Cultura Eco project, and lots of music with guest artists, all for free and broadcasted on TV, Portal, and the Cultura Rede de Comunicação app.

According to the president of Cultura Rede de Comunicação, Miro Sanova, Rádio Cultura 93.7 FM is a living heritage of public communication in the Amazon and has been excellently fulfilling the role of an educational broadcaster for 40 years, bringing culture, knowledge, and quality information to millions of people in Pará.

“Cultura FM is more than a radio station; it is a space of identity, diversity, and belonging, giving voice to our people, communicators, and artists from our land, connecting the North region with Brazil and the world. Celebrating this journey reaffirms Funtelpa's commitment to public, democratic, and transformative communication,” concluded Sanova.

According to Ricardo Kizan, director of Cultura FM, in these four decades, Rádio Cultura 93.7 FM has brilliantly performed its service to society, always committed to the quality of its programming.

“The radio has at its core the task of promoting any cultural and artistic manifestation within its programs. Thus, this celebration for the 40 years that will take place at the Portal da Amazônia on September 13 will be the culmination of this entire process alongside great names in Pará's music who will be with us in gratitude to our listeners,” he said.

And speaking of Pará music, among the attractions of the anniversary party is the Banda Sayonara. Founded in 1960 in Belém do Pará, it is considered one of the oldest and most popular in the region, known for various hit songs such as “Quem Não te Quer Sou Eu,” “Raio de Luz,” among others.

For Ricardo Ramos, vocalist of Sayonara, it is worth highlighting the many years of partnership between the band and Rádio Cultura FM, which has always promoted the group's work in various programs of the station, such as Só Toca Pará. “Our fans can expect a wonderful show at this anniversary party of Rádio Cultura, where Banda Sayonara will play its great hits that have been celebrated by the public. Long live Rádio Cultura! We will always be together!”

About the Radio - Created in 1985, Rádio Cultura 93.7 FM is a differentiator in radio programming in Pará. With a unique musical and programming schedule, the station reaches the entire Metropolitan Region of Belém.

Through the Portal and Cultura Rede de Comunicação app, it also reaches listeners located anywhere in the world, operating with a clear public policy of dissemination and circulation of artistic and cultural manifestations from the state and the Amazon region.

Specifically speaking about the station's programming schedule, it is varied and includes musical, journalistic programs, and news bulletins that bring information, art, culture, citizenship, and social and environmental responsibility to listeners.

Living up to the title of “The House of Pará Artists,” the studios of the Radio welcome singers, composers, instrumentalists, actors, poets, and artists of all languages, who have at 93.7 FM an open vehicle for the dissemination of their artistic productions. In addition, there is always space in the station's interprogramming for educational campaigns, either conducted by the station itself or in partnership with institutions.

As it completes forty years on air, Cultura FM has much to be proud of in the relationship it has established with its listeners, which also increases the responsibility of the Radio in fulfilling its role as a public and educational broadcaster in the Amazon.
