Hospital de Clínicas Project stands out at the IEL Talents Award 2025
The initiative brought together students, entrepreneurs, managers, and academic representatives to recognize the best internship practices developed in the State
The Gaspar Vianna Clinical Hospital (HC), in Belém, won 2nd place in the Innovative Internship – Large Company category at the IEL Talents Award 2025, promoted by the Federation of Industries of the State of Pará (Fiepa), on Thursday night (4). The institution was the only public agency in the State to compete in this edition, which involves all productive sectors within the reach of the Fiepa System.
The project "Internship that transforms: Valuing and Retaining Talents" represents HC's commitment to investing in the training and development of young professionals. The proposal arose from the need to align teaching and learning practices: to train, develop, and retain talents, promoting experiences that go beyond the technical dimension and advance towards building a critical, ethical, and socially committed profile.

"For us, at FHCGV (Gaspar Vianna Clinical Hospital Foundation), winning this award reinforces our commitment to professional training and innovation in health, as it represents the integration between hospital practice and the academic field, strengthening the training of future professionals while also qualifying the health care we offer. It is a recognition of the relevance of FHCGV's role as a teaching hospital in the State of Pará in training talents and producing knowledge applied to SUS (Unified Health System)," said Sônia Pinto, technical advisor of the HC Teaching and Research Management.
Training - The award brought together students, entrepreneurs, managers, and academic representatives to recognize the best internship practices developed in the State, highlighting their relevance for the training of young professionals in an increasingly competitive market. The award covered three categories: Innovative Intern, Innovative Company, and Innovative Education.
At the IEL Award in 2024, HC won awards at the regional stage - 1st and 3rd places in the Innovative Intern category, and 2nd place in the Innovative Company – Large Company category.
At the national stage, held in Fortaleza (CE), HC also secured 2nd place in the "Innovative Intern – Large Company" category, with the Nursing 4.0 Project: Nursing Management System (NMS), by intern Élida Fernanda Rêgo.
