Training Highlights User Attention Service (SAU) of the Rehabilitation Center (CIIR)
Activity reinforces qualified listening and humanized reception, uniting professional training and positive testimonials from users and families

The Integrated Center for Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR), in Belém, held on Thursday, September 4, the institutional training on the Functionality of the User Attention Service (SAU) for the multiprofessional team of the Specialized Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (Cetea). The objective was to reinforce the importance of qualified listening and effective communication in assisting families.
The meeting was led by the SAU supervisor, Regiane Silva, who highlighted the relevance of the sector as a strategic channel between users, companions, and the institution.

“The SAU goes beyond recording manifestations. It is a management tool, as it allows capturing suggestions, compliments, and constructive criticism, in addition to providing valuable indicators through satisfaction surveys. This data guides continuous improvements and strengthens users' trust in the service,” explained the supervisor.
The activity brought together physiotherapists, psychologists, caregivers, health assistants, and other professionals. For Beatriz Cardoso, 24, an IT assistant at Cetea, the training also contributed to strengthening teamwork.

“It was beneficial and well-structured, with clear and applicable content to our routine. It became evident that each professional has an essential role, and that the users' opinions are fuel for improving care,” pointed out the young woman.
In addition to Cetea, the training was conducted for four groups of CIIR collaborators on August 26 and 29, reinforcing the institution's commitment to continuous training.

Recognition – The SAU is also responsible for professional appreciation initiatives, such as the Praised Project, which had its first edition of 2025 held on August 20 at CIIR and on August 21 at Cetea. In total, 50 compliments were recorded, covering 34 professionals. On this occasion, the collaborators received a symbolic gift accompanied by written recognition from users and their families.
“This simple gesture generated engagement and strengthened the sense of belonging within the institution,” emphasized Regiane Silva.

Among the family members who participated is Waldete Paulo, 65, grandmother of Lucca Marcelo, 8, a user of Cetea. She highlighted the importance of the care received and paid a special tribute to psychologist João Oliveira, therapist Lizandra Batista, and neuropsychopedagogue Jean Torres.
According to SAU data, the user satisfaction rate last August was 94%, which proves the maintenance of the quality of services provided by the institution to the population of Pará via the Unified Health System (SUS).

Through initiatives such as continuous training and the Praised Project, CIIR reaffirms its commitment to quality, humanization of care, and the appreciation and satisfaction of users and collaborators.
Highlight – CIIR is a state reference in medium and high complexity assistance to People with Disabilities (PcD) visual, physical, auditory, and intellectual. Access to services is made through referrals from health units, via the Municipal Regulation Center, which directs requests to State Regulation. The user's profile is analyzed by the State Regulation System (SER).
