State revenue inspectors assigned to the Coordination of Control of Goods in Transit of Itinga, from the State Treasury Department (Sefa), in Dom Eliseu, seized clothing worth R$ 109,883.00, originating from Uberaba (MG) and destined for the city of Barcarena (PA).

“The seizure of 711 packages of pants and 354 shirts occurred during the inspection process, when it was verified that the Differential ICMS rate (Difal) for the State of Pará had not been collected, since the cargo was destined for a non-taxpayer company. A Seizure and Deposit Term (TAD) was drawn up in the amount of R$ 24,500.00 referring to the ICMS and fine,” reported state revenue inspector Rafael Brasil.
