Setur opens spots for co-exhibitors at the Abav Expo 2025 in Rio de Janeiro
For the fair, 14 spots will be available, with 10 allocated for companies and 4 for destinations
The State Secretariat of Tourism (Setur) is accepting applications starting this Thursday (28) for co-exhibitors at the Abav Expo 2025, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro from October 8 to 10. For the fair, 14 spots will be available, with 10 allocated for companies and 4 for destinations.
The Abav Expo reaches its 52nd edition in 2025, bringing together the main players in the sector and promoting connections with the primary distribution channel of Brazilian tourism, which is travel agents. The fair is an opportunity for business, brand and destination strengthening, training, and a showcase for launches and novelties. The organization expects to gather approximately 2,000 brands this year, providing participants with direct access to various products, services, and destinations.
Credentials will be granted to those interested who meet the deadline for submitting the requested documents until spots are filled. Participation costs are the responsibility of the co-exhibitor.
For companies, the necessary documentation includes: 1- registration in Cadastur (Registration of Tourism Service Providers), 2- Promotional material (brochures, folders) to be sent via link, 3- Tariff (also to be sent via link), 4- Website address, 5- Social media profile addresses (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or others), and 6- Environmental license for enterprises located in Conservation Units.
For destinations, the criteria are: 1- to be part of the Brazilian Tourism Map, 2- Promotional material (brochures, folders) to be sent via link, 3- Tariff (also to be sent via link), 4- Website address, 5- Social media profile addresses (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or others), and 6- Environmental license for enterprises located in Conservation Units.
