Organizations that wish to set up pavilions in the public area of COP30, in Belém, must fill out the intention form
The period for organizations to express interest in setting up pavilions in the Green Zone of COP30, in Belém, ends on August 31, 2025. This stage opens the selection process for the booths and ensures participating institutions international visibility during the conference. Registrations must be made online, through the intention form.
Located in Parque da Cidade, the Green Zone serves as a showcase for solutions and experiences on topics such as climate finance, innovation, biodiversity, youth, and clean technologies, and is next to the Blue Zone, an area restricted to official negotiations.
Who can participate and how the selection works
Entities committed to climate action and sustainable development — such as universities, research centers, civil society organizations, traditional communities, local governments, and the private sector — can participate. The process includes submitting the intention form, initial screening, analysis of pre-selected applications, final decision, and confirmation of the space.
