The Civil Police, through the Itinerant Coordination, is visiting police stations in the interior of the State that have received additional personnel for the Operation Adesão do Pará. The objective is to closely monitor the work of the teams, ensure service to the population, and align security actions during the extended holiday.

The visits include meetings with police officers assigned to the Operation, oversight of service routines, and adjustments in the use of personnel.

“This monitoring is essential to standardize services and ensure that the reinforcement is being used efficiently, always for the benefit of the population,” explains the general delegate Benassuly.

As part of the security strategy, more than 100 Civil Police officers, including delegates, clerks, investigators, fingerprint experts, drivers, technicians, and administrative staff, have been mobilized to join the personnel already present in the units. The focus is on resorts, beaches, and tourist spots with high traffic.

According to delegate Almir Alves, “the visits are moments of exchange, where it is possible to listen to the teams, identify good practices, and strengthen the unity among the civil police officers working in the Operation.”

Dry Law – The enforcement actions of the Dry Law have also been reinforced during the extended holiday. In Benevides, in the Metropolitan Region, civil police officers, in partnership with military personnel and agents from the State Department of Transit (Detran), are working to prevent driving under the influence of alcohol. Drivers undergo breathalyzer tests, ensuring more safety on the highways.

Additionally, teams from the Specialized Division for the Environment and Animal Protection (Demapa) and the Administrative Police Directorate (DPA) are on the streets inspecting commercial establishments, bars, nightclubs, and restaurants. The goal is to curb violations such as noise pollution and disturbance of peace, contributing to the maintenance of public order and peace.

The actions also count on the ostensive and integrated support of the Coordination of Operations and Special Resources (Core), which reinforces police presence in the busiest areas.
