Jucepa brings training to Castanhal to accelerate the business sector
The seminar attracted entrepreneurs, professionals, and students, who had access to guidance on commercial registration and business formalization
Castanhal, a municipality in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, hosted on Wednesday (6) another edition of the seminar "Jucepa in Motion: Simplifying Commercial Registration," promoted by the Commercial Board of the State of Pará (Jucepa). Held at the auditorium of Estácio College, the event brought together public servants, entrepreneurs, professionals, and students from the fields of Administration and Accounting, aiming to expand knowledge about the processes of legalizing businesses in the State.
With an emphasis on deregulating the procedures for opening, altering, and closing businesses, the seminar addressed practical guidance on the Redesim system (National Network for the Simplification of Registration and Legalization of Companies and Businesses), a federal government initiative aimed at integrating and simplifying the processes of business formalization in Brazil.
During the meeting, Jucepa specialists presented the digital flows of Redesim, clarified frequent doubts from participants, and reinforced the importance of formalization as a tool for strengthening the local economy. "Training local agents is a direct investment in improving the business environment. By bringing technical knowledge closer to the reality of municipalities, we strengthen entrepreneurship and encourage the formalization of new economic activities," highlighted Karla Dias, Secretary-General of Jucepa.
Highlight - Data released by Jucepa during the event shows that Castanhal is experiencing a rapid pace of economic development. From January to July of this year, the municipality registered more than 21,000 active companies, including 9,701 individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs); 4,568 microenterprises (MEs), and 6,701 Limited Liability Companies (LTDA). The most representative segments of the local economy include retail clothing, construction, food, and road freight transport.
The report also highlights the diversification of economic activity with the growth of services, including aesthetics (hairdressing), sales promotion, and prepared food supply.
Integration and entrepreneurship - In addition to technical training, the seminar served as a space for dialogue between the public sector and private initiative, promoting integration and strengthening the support network for entrepreneurship in the region.
The significant presence of the public in Castanhal highlights the importance of actions like "Jucepa in Motion," which has been contributing to the interiorization of the services of the Commercial Board and bringing professionals closer to the necessary tools to boost their businesses.
For the Secretary of the Environment of Castanhal, Rosimar Possidonio, the initiative strengthens not only the business environment but also contributes to the sustainable development of the municipality. "Events like this are essential to guide entrepreneurs and show that it is possible to grow with environmental responsibility. Economic development and sustainability need to walk together, and Castanhal is open to this dialogue," he stated.
