Rural producers from Southeast Pará are participating, this Tuesday (5), in the event "Individual Traceability: Efficient Management", aimed at promoting good practices in cattle raising. The program will include lectures, debates, and presentations of initiatives that are transforming the beef production chain in the Amazon. Organized by the company Masterboi, with support from the Government of Pará, the event will take place at the company's unit in São Geraldo do Araguaia, starting at 2 PM.

The agenda emphasizes the importance of individual traceability as a strategic tool to increase management efficiency on rural properties, as well as reinforcing food security, transparency in the production chain, and access to more demanding markets.

The event will feature the participation of the Secretary of Environment, Climate, and Sustainability of Pará, Raul Protázio, who will present the advances of the Sustainable Cattle Raising program of Pará, especially the Commercial Requalification policy. The initiative, coordinated by the State Government, offers rural producers technical support for environmental regularization, productivity improvement, and market access, in addition to contributing to the state goal of zero deforestation.

"Pará has been consolidating a robust agenda for sustainable production with productive inclusion. With the Commercial Requalification, we have shown that it is possible to reconcile efficiency in cattle raising with conservation, valuing those who produce responsibly," highlighted Raul Protázio.

The event is free, with limited spots and registration via link, access here.
