Authorial Editing Course for Documentaries closes registrations this Tuesday (29)

The registration period for the workshop "Authorial Editing in Documentary Cinema" ends this Tuesday, 29. Promoted by the Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP), the course is free and will take place remotely on July 30 and 31 from 7 PM to 11 PM. People over 18 years old who are students or professionals in the audiovisual field can participate. Interested individuals must fill out the electronic form available here.
The classes will be taught by Márcio Cruz, a graduate in cinema and audiovisual from the Federal University of Pará (UFPa). "The course will address the importance of the editor in the creative process of the documentary, their participation in the construction of narrative language and the aesthetics of the work, from pre-production to post-production, providing a more detailed reflection on the merit of the authorial editor figure in documentary cinema," details the instructor.
