Four people are arrested in operation launched by the Civil Police in the Guamá neighborhood of Belém
During the operations, police from the Urban Section of Guamá executed arrest warrants for four men investigated for qualified robbery

The Civil Police of the State of Pará, through the Urban Section of Guamá, linked to the Metropolitan Police Directorate (DPM), launched on the morning of this Thursday (24), the operation "Settlement" to execute arrest warrants for sentences issued by the Judiciary.
"All targets were sentenced for the crime of qualified robbery and found in the Guamá neighborhood, where the warrants were executed. The investigative work of the police teams to identify the location of the convicted individuals demonstrates the expertise and commitment of the Civil Police to ensure the safety of the population and the systemic confrontation of crime," highlighted Delegate Daniel Castro, head of the DPM.

The sentences to be served by the prisoners range from 4 years to over 15 years in prison. One of the responsibilities of the PCPA is to execute outstanding judicial warrants. "We consulted the databases and found that these were pending execution, at which point we coordinated the operation to locate the targets. Since most of these convicts are fugitives from Justice, many of them are not found at their respective residences, which is why we need to thoroughly investigate the whereabouts of each one to carry out the arrest," explained Delegate Márcio Cavalcante, director of the Urban Section of Guamá.

The operation is ongoing to execute other judicial warrants. Any information about fugitives from Justice can be reported anonymously and free of charge through the Disque-Denúncia, at the number 181.
