Usinas da Paz opens registrations for summer camps with free activities
The program will offer a series of activities involving sports, leisure, education, and culture for children and adolescents to enjoy the school recess period.
The State Government has opened registrations for the July classes of the Summer Camps at Usinas da Paz. The special program will be held in all 14 units already in operation, with activities aimed at children and adolescents during the school recess period.
The camps include a wide variety of sports, recreational, and cultural activities, such as dance, theater, painting, storytelling workshops, movie sessions, sports championships, and scavenger hunts. All activities are promoted through the State Secretariat for Citizen Engagement (Seac).
In addition to ensuring fun for the kids, the initiative offers a safe, educational, and welcoming alternative to occupy free time during the holidays. The actions contribute to the physical, social, and emotional development of the participants.
"The summer camps represent a commitment to childhood, youth, and the families of Pará. We have created a safe environment full of opportunities for our children to learn, have fun, and develop skills for community life," highlighted the State Secretary for Citizen Engagement, Elieth Braga.
The summer camps at UsiPaz are part of the state government's effort to ensure social inclusion, access to citizenship, and strengthening community ties through permanent public policies.
Registrations - Registrations are completely free and can be made directly at the Usinas da Paz in each municipality, upon presentation of personal documents (ID, CPF, and proof of residence) and authorization from guardians. Spots are limited. Check the activity schedule:
