Eastern Regional Hospital achieves over 98% approval and invests in professional training
Between January and May of this year, more than 14,000 hours of training were conducted at HRPL in Paragominas, reinforcing the quality of service to users
As a reference in health services and medical specialties, the Public Regional Hospital of the East (HRPL) in Paragominas has achieved an average satisfaction rate of over 98% among users. This index is the result of the management's continuous commitment to the qualification of the multiprofessional team and the ongoing pursuit of improvements in the assistance provided.
Only between January and May of this year, more than 14,500 hours of training aimed at the unit's employees were recorded. During this period, the Human Resources department, through the Permanent Education Center (NEP), promoted 94 training sessions.
According to nurse Rafaela Sodré from NEP, the structure focuses on ensuring the quality of care and patient safety. “The Center develops educational actions aimed at the professional improvement of health workers. It is also responsible for organizing courses, workshops, lectures, and training sessions according to the professionals' updating needs,” she highlighted.
The administrative assistant of NEP, Gustavo Silva, explains that the team relies on diversified methodologies for training, such as online courses, in-person practices, and workshops. “Our goal is to always bring a differential and stimulate the engagement of professionals,” he added.
The quality of care provided by HRPL is recognized by the users themselves. Regina Pereira dos Santos, 53, who underwent a surgical procedure at the unit, praised the care received: “Everyone is extremely attentive, a thousand out of a thousand!” she stated.
Data - Between January and April of this year, the unit recorded over 109,000 attendances and achieved an approval rating of 98.56% among users.
