Corpus Christi Holiday: see how health services will operate in Pará

Emergency hospitals will operate normally; outpatient clinics and polyclinics will have different hours. Hemopa also announces a schedule for blood donation

The State Department of Public Health (Sespa) informs how health services will operate in its linked units this Thursday (19), Corpus Christi holiday, and this Friday (20), which will be a discretionary holiday for state public service.

The Specialized Reference Units Presidente Vargas, Demétrio Medrado, Marcello Cândia, Special Parasitic Infectious Diseases (Uredipe), and Maternal-Child and Adolescent (Uremia), as well as the Psychosocial Care Centers (Caps) types I and II under state management will not operate this Thursday (19) or Friday (20). Services will return to normal in all units next Monday (23).

The Caps type III (Grão Pará, Renascer, and Marajoara) and the Basic Unit of Pedreira will only maintain emergency services this Thursday (19) and Friday (20), resuming outpatient services on Monday (23).

Direct management hospitals - The state hospitals directly managed by the State (Santa Casa, Ophir Loyola, and Hospital de Clínicas in Belém; Regional Hospital of Cametá, Regional Hospital of Salinópolis, and Regional Hospital of Conceição do Araguaia) will operate on a standby basis for the care of hospitalized patients and for emergency cases, according to the reference care profiles of each, this Thursday (19) and Friday (20).

Units managed by social organizations – The Metropolitan Polyclinic in Belém, the Tucuruí Lake Polyclinic, the Marabá Polyclinic, the Integrated Center for Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR), and the Specialized Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (Cetea) in Belém will not operate this Thursday (19). All units will operate normally on Friday (20).

The Dr. Roberto Macedo Emergency Room will operate normally with Adult and Pediatric Emergency Care on Thursday (19) and Friday (20). Elective surgeries will not be performed during this period.

The State Public Hospital Galileu (HPEG) in Belém; the Regional Hospital of Southeast Pará (HRSP) in Marabá, the Regional Hospital of Baixo Amazonas (HRBA) in Santarém; the Regional Hospital of Tapajós (HRT) in Itaituba; the General Hospital of Castelo de Sonhos (HGCS), the Maternal-Child Hospital of Barcarena (HMIB), the Regional Hospital of PA 279 in Ourilândia do Norte, and the Regional Hospital of Oriximiná Menino Jesus (HRMJ) will operate only with hospitalization, emergency care, and specific services according to their care profiles this Thursday (19), and will resume normal operations on Friday (20).

The Regional Public Hospital of Castanhal (HRPC) will operate normally on Thursday (19) and Friday (20).

The Abelardo Santos Regional Hospital (HRAS) will operate normally according to its care and reference profile. Previously scheduled exams and consultations will also be maintained, and patients will be attended to normally on the holiday Thursday (19) and Friday (20).

This Thursday (19) and Friday (20), the Women's Hospital of Pará will operate with emergency care (24h) in gynecology and for women in situations of domestic and sexual violence, and hospitalization. Diagnostic imaging exams will be available only for hospitalized patients. Outpatient consultations will return only on Monday (23).

The Metropolitan Emergency and Urgency Hospital (HMUE) in Ananindeua; the General Hospital of Tailândia (HGT), the Regional Public Hospital of Marajó (HRPM) in Breves; and the Regional Public Hospital of the East (HRPL) in Paragominas will operate normally this Thursday (19) and Friday (20).

The Jean Bitar Hospital in Belém will operate normally for hospitalization this Thursday (19) and Friday (20). In the outpatient area, it will operate this Thursday (19) only for laboratory tests and X-rays. Consultations and all exams will only resume on Friday (20).

The Caetés Hospital Complex (Hospital and Polyclinic) in Capanema will operate normally this Thursday (19) and Friday (20). The Autism Spectrum Disorder Care Center (Natea) will not operate this Thursday (19), resuming services on Friday (20).

The Regional Public Hospital of Transamazônica will operate this Thursday (19) only with hospitalization, emergency care, and hemodialysis services. The outpatient clinic will operate on Friday (20) for care in urology, neurology, and mastology specialties. The Diagnostic and Therapeutic Support Service will resume services only on Monday (23).

The Regional Hospital of Baixo Tocantins Santa Rosa (HRBTSR) will operate normally this Thursday (19), providing outpatient services, hemodialysis, hospitalization, and emergency care. Administrative functions will be suspended, resuming their usual activities on Friday (20).

This Thursday (19), the Regional Hospital of Tucuruí and Unacon will operate normally in all their sectors. On Friday (20), the emergency and hospitalization sectors will operate normally, while the administrative and outpatient sectors, as well as Unacon, will not operate, returning to their normal activities on Monday (23).

Blood donation - The Hemopa Foundation informs the dates and hours of operation of its collection units from June 19 to 21.

Thursday (19): all units will be closed.

Friday (20): Belém (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Castanheira (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Metrópole (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Santarém (7 AM to 1 PM), Castanhal (7 AM to 1 PM). Marabá (7 AM to 1 PM) and the others will be closed.

Saturday (21): Belém (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Castanheira (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Metrópole (7:30 AM to 5 PM), Altamira (7 AM to 5 PM). The others will be closed.
