In the afternoon, the program continues focusing on the technical qualification of participants. From 2 PM to 3:30 PM, there will be a Workshop on Parliamentary Amendment Projects for Public Libraries, taught by Marcus André Rocha, Coordinator of Reading Promotion of the Ministry of Culture (MINC).
