With the new documents issued, the total now reaches 1,911 regularized titles in the municipality that is part of the Caeté Region

The municipality of Bragança, in northeastern Pará, was the stage this Thursday (5) for one of the largest recent actions aimed at land regularization in Pará. In a ceremony marked by emotion and symbolism, the deputy governor, Hana Ghassan, officially delivered 426 land titles to 44 rural communities in the municipality, ensuring legal security and expanding development horizons for hundreds of families.
The institutional agenda reinforces the State Government's commitment to strengthening rural citizenship, ensuring social inclusion through the legalization of land ownership, a fundamental condition for access to credit, public policies, and income generation in the countryside.

“More than 400 titles being delivered, another step that advances towards regularization, towards promoting the activity, which is very important for our state, production. We are a state that has a vocation for production and we are doing the regularization so that people have political security and access to credit. This is prosperity! So, I am very happy to be here in Bragança, at this moment of advancement of public policies,” said the manager, declared Hana Ghassan.
The action is part of a process initiated in 2019 and by May 2025, has already delivered 1,485 titles in the municipality. With the new documents issued, the total now reaches 1,911 regularized titles in Bragança.

Among the communities benefited in this new phase are: Alto Alegre, Bacuri Prata, Cajueiro, Conceição, Jutai, Nova Canindé, Ramal do Lontra, Vila Jari, in addition to areas located along the PA-112 and BR-308 highways. The initiative serves both productive areas and traditional settlements, promoting sustainable rural development and agrarian justice.

More public policies in the countryside
In addition to land regularization, the state government brought to the city a series of socially impactful policies. Among them, the delivery of 500 free driver's licenses through the CNH Pai D'égua program, which guarantees access to the National Driver's License for residents of Pará municipalities, an important tool to expand job opportunities and mobility.

On the same agenda, the deputy governor participated, along with the city hall, in the delivery of a new Family Health Unit, ambulances, and a mobile ICU, in addition to participating in the celebrations of the traditional Caeté Festival.

“It was not just the delivery of titles, we also delivered free national driver's licenses to the population, almost 500 licenses, we will accompany here with the mayor the delivery of a family health unit, which is very important, ambulance, ICU, in addition to the beautiful party that is being held here, which is the Caeté festival, and it is also important for the economy, for promotion, for job generation and for tourism. We know that tourism will be one of the biggest job generators in the next decade. And Pará and Bragança have everything to be on this tourist route,” concluded the manager.
