Civil Police arrest man for damaging traffic radar in the capital of Pará
Judicial warrants are from the 1st Court of Police Inquiries and Precautionary Measures

The Civil Police executed a search and seizure warrant and a preventive arrest warrant against an individual for incitement to crime, contempt, and qualified damage in Belém on Wednesday (4). The police action originated from the Delegacy for Combating Crimes Against Public Service Concessionaires (DCCCSP), a unit linked to the Division of Investigations and Special Operations (DIOE).
The warrants were issued by the 1st Court of Police Inquiries and Precautionary Measures of Belém, and the suspect was located and arrested after surveillance conducted by PCPA teams.

Understand the case - The investigation began after the man broke one of the traffic radars. “The crime occurred on May 7 of this year, when the individual, after being apprehended in a ‘blitz’, incited the population against the traffic agents and then filmed himself while damaging a radar device. Our teams also identified that the man is suspected of being involved in a criminal association that commits damage and qualified theft against radars that occurred in May,” said delegate Lorenna Maria.
The investigated individual already has a criminal record for threats, domestic violence, robbery, trafficking, and association for trafficking.

Thus, the PC requested the search and seizure and preventive arrest warrants, which, after being issued, were executed at the individual's residence.
During the search, the suspect's cell phone was seized and sent for examination to investigate the possible involvement of the individual in other occurrences of damage and theft against traffic radars. The man was taken to the police station, where he underwent the necessary legal procedures to comply with the law and is at the disposal of the Justice.
