Government of Pará brings Housing benefit to families in Ananindeua this Saturday (31)
Families in Ananindeua were benefited with Sua Casa and CredCidadão
The Housing Company of Pará (Cohab) delivered, this Saturday (31), checks for the housing benefit "Sua Casa" to 75 families during another edition of the program “Por Todas Elas”, in the Aurá neighborhood, in Ananindeua, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém. Governor Helder Barbalho, who along with Vice Governor Hana Ghassan, delivered the benefits to the families, emphasized that the action of “Por Todas Elas” fulfills a very important social function.
"Caring for people, caring for those who need it most, and caring for our women. This is the program built by Hana so that we can be close to the population. And today here in Aurá, in Ananindeua, I am happy to be with these people and benefiting them,” highlighted the governor.
The social action of Por Todas Elas served more than 5,000 people with over 30 types of services that aim to facilitate access to health and citizenship that can promote social justice and quality of life for the population.
For Vice Governor Hana Ghassan, the action is a way to bring the Government closer to the population. “It is important to care for our women and have a government close to the population. We bring government actions to where the population lives and the women are attended to, they are cared for. Prevention and health care for our women is very important, and this action has that objective, to strengthen women's health because we know that women take care of everyone,” emphasized Hana.
The delivery of Sua Casa was part of the program this Saturday, which promoted a special morning for the residents of the neighborhood. The action also included the presence of the president of Cohab, Manoel Pioneiro. He emphasized that the new delivery for the municipality of Ananindeua is gratifying, “because I have a very special relationship with this municipality where I was mayor, and ensuring assistance for the families living here, ensuring they have access to dignified housing makes me happy,” said Pioneiro.
The "Sua Casa" program is intended for the construction, renovation, expansion, improvement, or adaptation of housing units. Created by Governor Helder Barbalho through Decree No. 8,967, dated December 30, 2019, the benefit aims to provide, through dignified housing, an improvement in the quality of life for the population.
In Ananindeua, the program has already benefited around 9,000 families in the last six years. For housewife Maria Cardoso, who lives in rented accommodation, receiving the benefit has a special meaning, “because now I will be able to build my little house, and for the first time in my life, I will have a place of my own to live. I am grateful to Pioneiro and the State Government,” she said.
CredCidadão - With the aim of ensuring lines of credit to stimulate the economy and invest in small regional businesses, the Microcredit Program CredCidadão, from the Government of Pará, also delivered 100 checks to entrepreneurs in Ananindeua.
