CHC dos Caetés achieves 99.74% approval in the first quarter of 2025
The Caetés Hospital Complex (CHC), formed by the Regional Hospital, Polyclinic, and the Autism Spectrum Disorder Care Center (Natea), in Capanema, in northeastern Pará, relies on the daily work of more than 750 professionals committed to safe, humanized, and quality care. This joint effort resulted in a 99.74% approval rating from users in the first quarter of 2025.
According to data from the User Service (SAU), the survey is the result of daily research with users and companions, recording compliments, suggestions, and possible demands, which are forwarded to the responsible sectors. This practice directly contributes to the improvement of services and the maintenance of care quality.
According to the executive director of CHC, Juliano Botero, the result highlights the consolidation of a culture of excellence. “Each positive indicator represents a patient welcomed with respect, safety, and humanization. We remain committed to continuously advancing the quality of care,” he states.
The supervisor of the User Service (SAU), Maiara Sá, emphasizes the importance of team involvement in achieving positive results. “The active listening of our users is essential to identify opportunities for improvement in the services provided. The growth in the satisfaction index is a direct reflection of the daily efforts of all employees to offer increasingly humanized, effective, and welcoming care.”
Approval - Juan Marciel Pires, 22, a resident of Capanema, was admitted to the hospital with an exposed fracture on his right leg after a work accident, and he expressed his satisfaction with the care he received. “I can only thank all the professionals who spare no effort to care not only for me but for everyone, for the welcome, and the very good service; surely the satisfaction numbers will only increase.”
