The population of Ananindeua, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, continues to benefit from another stage of the program Por Todas Elas, which offers a series of free health and citizenship services to women. The action took place this Saturday (10), for the second consecutive day, at the State School Antônio Teixeira Gueiros, located in the Distrito Industrial neighborhood.
Project idealizer, Vice Governor Hana Ghassan highlighted the importance of the initiative as a tool for caring for and valuing women.
“We are here close to the community, once again, because our government must be close to the population, serving the population, this is our mission. As a mother, I know that many women need support to take care of their children and family. I am happy to be working for our women, count on our government to work in favor of women,” said the vice governor.
With a special edition in honor of Mother's Day, the program offers more than 30 services to the community, including medical and dental care, eye exams with the option to choose frames for prescription glasses, as well as rapid tests for disease detection and vaccination.
The program also included specific actions for women's health, such as mammography, ultrasound, PCCU (cervical cancer screening), and guidance on preventive care. There were also referrals for exams and specialized consultations at the Women's Hospital, document issuance, raffles, and recreation for children.
Saleswoman Clarice Oliveira do Carmo took advantage of the action to take care of her family's health and also updated documents. "It was a wonderful opportunity. I got medical care, had my exams and my children's exams done, and also updated my voter registration card. Everything in one place, quickly. Sometimes, we don't have time to chase all of this, so an action like this makes all the difference in our lives," she said.

"I lost my identity card and had been unable to get a second copy for days due to lack of time and money. Here, everything was quick and free.
