This Sunday, May 11, the spaces managed by the Social Organization Pará 2000 offer various options to celebrate Mother's Day with nature, culture, and gastronomy. Estação das Docas, the Mangal das Garças Zoobotanical Park, and the Utinga Camillo Vianna State Park are alternatives for families wishing to provide special moments for mothers.

Estação das Docas: gastronomy, shopping, and live music with a view of the Guajará Bay
For those who prefer a celebration in an urban environment, Estação das Docas is an excellent choice. The space will operate from 10 AM to midnight and offers a variety of services, such as restaurants, snack bars, shops, kiosks, a beauty salon, and craft stalls. In addition to being one of the main tourist attractions in the capital, the complex offers gift options that include clothing, accessories, perfumes, and items produced by local entrepreneurs, ideal for honoring mothers.

The cultural program will also be a highlight on Sunday (12). From 12 PM to 1 PM, saxophonists Daniel Serrão and Vinicius Ribeiro will perform roaming shows in the restaurants, with music in honor of mothers. The suspended stages of Estação will also feature special musical attractions: at Warehouse 1, Natan Oliveira will perform from 1 PM to 4 PM, followed by Jacob Tavares from 6 PM to 9 PM. At Warehouse 2, Almirzinho will perform from 1 PM to 4 PM, and Allan Roffé will close the night from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Mangal das Garças: special workshop for mothers and children

The Mangal das Garças Zoobotanical Park, located in the Old City, will operate from 8 AM to 6 PM and will have a special program this Sunday. At 10 AM, there will be an edition of the children's project Ecoarte, with a workshop for making pendants to gift the maternal figure. The activity will take place around the Amazonian Navigation Memorial and will be free of charge.

In addition to the special program, the park features attractions such as the Butterfly House, the Belém Lighthouse, the Amazonian Navigation Memorial itself, a restaurant, and kiosks.

Parque do Utinga: adventure and contact with nature

For families seeking outdoor activities, the Utinga Camillo Vianna State Park is an excellent option. Operating from 6 AM to 5 PM, with free entry, the space offers ecological trails, bike rentals, tubing, and zip-lining, among other options aimed at contact and connection with nature.

Spaces designed for leisure and socializing

Ruan Rocha, president of the Social Organization Pará 2000, which manages the three spaces, invites the public to enjoy Sunday with family.

“Mother's Day is a special date that deserves to be lived with affection and in environments that welcome and celebrate togetherness. Estação das Docas, Mangal das Garças, and Parque do Utinga were designed for this: to offer unique experiences in contact with nature, culture, and the beauty of Belém. We invite everyone to experience all of this with us,” he emphasized.
