Registrations for the Acting for Audiovisual Language workshop end on Saturday (10)
The course is organized by the Cultural Foundation of Pará and the classes are aimed at artists and professionals with experience in the field of performing arts

The registration period for the "Acting for Audiovisual Language" workshop ends next Saturday, the 10th. Registrations are free and can be made through an online form. The course is promoted by the Cultural Foundation of Pará (FCP). Classes will take place from May 13 to June 27, every Tuesday and Friday, from 5 PM to 10 PM, at the Casa das Artes, on Nazaré Avenue, in Belém.
The course will cover strategies and tools for directing actors in order to provide the actor with knowledge of the historical journey, theoretical and practical pillars of hegemonic acting in Western Cinema. The classes will address topics such as text and script analysis, character study and construction, and experimentation with preparation rehearsals, including scene recordings with a camera and evaluation of the results, with content including scenic performances for audiovisual.
The workshop will be taught by Alberto Silva Neto, actor, director, researcher, and professor at the School of Theater and Dance at UFPA, active since 1987; Fernanda Brito Gaia, director, screenwriter, and visual artist; and Alissom Paulo, audiovisual director and marketing analyst.
The coordinator of performing arts and music at the Cultural Foundation of Pará, Danilo Bracchi, informs that the event aims to provide training for artists seeking acting content for audiovisual language, addressing practice, theory, and techniques of the artistic universe.
