Sefa seizes trailer and hydraulic platform
In Conceição do Araguaia, a traffic violation was confirmed. In Dom Eliseu, the lack of collection of the differential ICMS rate was verified.
A 0km semi-trailer, originating from Porto Belo-SC and destined for Itapema-SC, intended for an individual, was seized on Monday (05) by the Secretary of Finance of Pará (Sefa), at the Coordination of Control of Goods in Transit of Araguaia, located at km 15 of the PA-447 highway, in Conceição do Araguaia. The value of the equipment is R$152,600.00.
“Upon verifying the fiscal documents presented by the driver in the system, it was found that the recipient has a State Registration in Pará, in the municipality of São Félix do Xingu, where the actual destination of the goods would be. Thus, a traffic violation was characterized, which is when the invoice indicates a delivery location and the goods are left elsewhere,” informed the coordinator of the Tax Unit, Renato Couto.
A Seizure and Deposit Term (TAD) was drawn up in the amount of R$ 40,683.52, referring to the tax and fine for an invalid fiscal document.
Itinga – Still on Monday (05), at the Coordination of Control of Goods in Transit of Itinga, in Dom Eliseu, northeastern Pará, state revenue inspectors seized a vehicle implement of the hydraulic platform type valued at R$ 74,852.00, coming from Santana do Paraiso-MG and destined for Belém.
“During the inspection process, the lack of collection of the differential ICMS rate (Difal) due to the State of Pará was verified, since the cargo was destined for a company that is not a contributor to the state tax. A Seizure and Deposit Term (TAD) was drawn up in the amount of R$ 15,520.97 referring to the ICMS and fine,” explained the coordinator, Rafael Brasil.
