Check the operating hours of public spaces on Labor Day holiday
State museums and memorials have free admission on Sundays and holidays

For those interested in visiting tourist spots in Belém during the extended national holiday celebrating Labor Day, which is commemorated this Thursday (1st), public spaces such as Estação das Docas, Mangal das Garças Zoobotanical Park, and Utinga State Park "Camillo Vianna" will be open as usual, with free admission. The tourist and gastronomic complex Estação das Docas will operate on Thursday and Sunday from 10 AM to midnight, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 AM. Mangal will operate from 8 AM to 6 PM and Utinga from 6 AM to 5 PM.
The state parks of Serra dos Martírios/Andorinhas, in São Geraldo do Araguaia, in southeastern Pará, and Monte Alegre, in the western region of the state, will open from 6 AM to 5 PM filled with activities focused on ecotourism, leisure, and environmental education, according to the Institute for Forest Development and Biodiversity of Pará (Ideflor-Bio).
The highlight in the cultural sphere is the recent measure established by the State Government: free admission on Sundays and holidays in the state museums and memorials. The initiative applies to the spaces that are part of the Integrated System of Museums and Memorials (SIMM), linked to the State Secretary of Culture (Secult), and aims to expand the population's access to culture, memory, and historical heritage. Previously, free admission occurred on Tuesdays and the first Sunday of each month.
On Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd), the Residence Park operates from 9 AM to 5 PM; the Urban Park Belém Porto Futuro from 6 AM to 10 PM (entry until 9:30 PM); the Soledade Cemetery Park and State Museums and Memorials from 9 AM to 2 PM on Thursday, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Friday. On Sunday (4th), the Museums and Memorials will operate normally from 9 AM to 5 PM, with free admission. The Theatro da Paz continues with guided tours on Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 5 PM. The Cultural Station of Icoaraci, Marajó Museum, and Public Archive of the State of Pará will be closed on these two days.

SECURITY - During the extended holiday, some units will operate on a 24-hour shift. In Belém, these will be the Sections of São Brás, Sacramenta, Marambaia, Icoaraci, Mosqueiro, and Outeiro. In Ananindeua, the Ananindeua Section and the Cidade Nova Section. In Marituba, the Marituba Section, and in Benevides, the Benevides Police Station. The other police stations will be closed.

CITIZENSHIP – The Citizenship Stations located in Belém, Ananindeua, Tucuruí, Itaituba, Marabá, and Santarém will not operate on the upcoming Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd), according to the State Secretary of Planning and Administration (Seplad). Services will resume next Monday (5th), as per prior scheduling.
COSANPA - The service stores will be closed on Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd), but other service channels will operate normally. Options include calls via the number 0800 0195 195; WhatsApp messages via 91 3122-7194 and online chat on the website.
HEMOPA – All units of the Foundation Center for Hemotherapy and Hematology of Pará (Hemopa) will be closed on Thursday (1st) and Sunday (4th). On Friday (2nd) and Saturday (3rd), the units in Tucuruí, Capanema, Altamira, Redenção, and Abaetetuba will be closed. The Marabá unit will operate on Friday (2nd) from 7 AM to 1 PM and will close on Saturday (3rd). On Friday (2nd), the units in Belém, Castanheira, and Metrópole will operate from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Santarém and Castanhal from 7 AM to 1 PM. On Saturday (3rd), Santarém will operate from 7 AM to 1 PM; Belém, Castanheira, and Metrópole from 7:30 AM to 5 PM; and Castanhal from 7 AM to 5 PM.

MORE HEALTH - According to the State Secretary of Public Health (Sespa), the Specialized Reference Units Presidente Vargas, Demétrio Medrado, Marcello Cândia, Special Infectious Parasitic Diseases (Uredipe), and Maternal-Child and Adolescent (Uremia) and the Psychosocial Care Centers (Caps) types I and II of state management will not operate this Thursday (1st) or Friday (2nd). Service will return to normal in all units next Monday (5th). The Caps type III (Grão Pará, Renascer, and Marajoara) and the Basic Unit of Pedreira will maintain only emergency services on this Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd).
The Metropolitan polyclinics in Belém, Lago de Tucuruí, Marabá, the Integrated Center for Inclusion and Rehabilitation (CIIR), and the Specialized Center for Autism Spectrum Disorder (Cetea) in Belém will not operate this Thursday (1st). All units will operate normally on Friday (2nd).
The Galileu State Public Hospital (HPEG) in Belém; the Regional Public Hospital of Castanhal (HRPC), the Regional Hospital of Southeast Pará (HRSP) in Marabá, the Regional Hospital of Baixo Amazonas (HRBA) in Santarém; the Regional Hospital of Tapajós (HRT) in Itaituba; the General Hospital of Castelo de Sonhos (HGCS) and the Maternal-Child Hospital of Barcarena (HMIB) will operate only with hospitalization, emergency care, and specific services according to their care profiles this Thursday (1st), and will resume normal operations on Friday (2nd).

The Metropolitan Hospital for Urgency and Emergency (HMUE) in Ananindeua; the General Hospital of Tailândia (HGT), the Regional Public Hospital of Marajó (HRPM) in Breves; the Regional Public Hospital of the East (HRPL) in Paragominas (HRPL); Caetés Hospital Complex (Hospital and Polyclinic) in Capanema, and the Regional Hospital of Baixo Tocantins Santa Rosa (HRBTSR) will operate normally this Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd). The Jean Bitar Hospital in Belém will operate normally for hospitalization this Thursday (1st) and Friday (2nd).
The Regional Hospital of Tucuruí and Unacon will operate normally this Thursday (1st). On Friday (2nd), it will operate only with hospitalization and emergency services. Administrative and outpatient activities will return to normal on Monday (5th). The Regional Public Hospital of Transamazônica will operate this Thursday (1st) only with hospitalization, emergency services, and hemodialysis.
