The community of Vila da Barca, in the Telégrafo neighborhood of Belém, received a large action of health, citizenship, and social services promoted by the State Government, through the programs 'Por Todas Elas' and 'Por Todos Eles' on the morning of this Friday (28). The initiative brought together hundreds of residents who took advantage of the morning with the offer of free services for people of all ages.

During the program, the Vice Governor of Pará, Hana Ghassan, highlighted the importance of carrying out another action that brings essential services into the communities.

“I thank God for us being here today, with this program that is alongside the population and brings services from various Government secretariats closer to where people live. Today is a day of health care, citizenship, and caring for people's self-esteem. This is a program that travels through neighborhoods in the Metropolitan Region and throughout Pará. We know there is still much to be done, and we continue to walk towards building the future we want, of unity and care for those who need it most,” declared the Vice Governor.

Services for everyone – The action ensured the provision of more than 30 services for men and women of various ages, such as document issuance, health services, eye exams, and selection of frames for the production of prescription glasses, health guidance, referrals for exams and specialized consultations, aesthetic services, prize draws, recreational activities for children, services from the State Coordination for People with Disabilities (Ceped) and the Public Defender's Office of the State, in addition to health services for pets, among others.

The program also featured the modern structure of specialized trucks offering services for men, such as consultations with general practitioners, cardiologists, and urologists, as well as electrocardiogram tests and ultrasounds of the prostate, kidneys, urinary tract, and total abdomen, and for women, with consultations with gynecologists and mastologists, mammography, preventive exams, and ultrasounds of the thyroid, breasts, armpits, total abdomen, and transvaginal.

So, I think it’s something very important for our community and it’s been very nice because it brings accessibility to the entire population. I had been needing to do exams for my new glasses for over a year, and today I managed to do it,” she celebrated.

The program also ensured health services for pets. Resident Larissa Marcela took her dog Meg for exams and registration for spaying surgery. “I found the action wonderful. It’s amazing to have this opportunity to register and vaccinate our animals. It’s something we really need, and I thank the State Government and God for this opportunity.”

Transformative actions – Created in 2024, the program 'Por Todas Elas' has already provided over 200,000 services throughout Pará, offering free services in health, citizenship, and leisure. The initiative aims, in addition to ensuring essential services for Pará women and their families, to strengthen the debate on female participation as protagonists in the construction of rights and in society.

Since November of this year, the initiative has been reinforced by 'Por Todos Eles', which added services aimed at valuing men's health, further increasing the number of services offered to Pará families.

The Secretary of Citizenship Articulation, Elieth Braga, emphasized that the action reinforces the State's commitment to public policies aimed at the entire population. “The Government of Pará has been working to bring care, attention, and dignity to people. 'Por Todas Elas' and 'Por Todos Eles' complement each other and ensure that women and men have access to essential services. Vila da Barca receives today a complete action, designed to strengthen health and promote citizenship,” she highlighted.

Service – Soon, new joint actions of the programs 'Por Todas Elas' and 'Por Todos Eles' will be carried out. The schedules can be consulted on the official Instagram of the Secretary of Citizenship Articulation: @seac.pa.
