The second phase of the National High School Exam (Enem) 2025 will take place this Sunday (16), and the envelopes containing the exams have already been distributed to 619 testing locations in 86 municipalities in Pará. This action is part of the "Operation Enem 2025," coordinated by the Public Security and Social Defense Secretariat of Pará (Segup), in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) and partner agencies. The logistics for escorting the envelopes, which began at 10 a.m., concluded with the complete delivery of the envelopes by 11:30 a.m., and involved the presence of 3,155 security agents, in addition to 335 vehicles deployed to ensure greater security during the event.

Pará was the fifth state to complete the distribution of the exams. In total, there are 229,181 candidates in the state who will take the second stage of the exam in 86 municipalities. The security scheme will also operate on November 30 and December 7 in the municipalities of Belém, Ananindeua, and Marituba, where the Enem was exceptionally postponed due to the COP30 event.

"The monitoring of the escorts, as well as the oversight of police patrols and the actions of other partner agencies, such as the Postal Service, Equatorial, and the institution coordinating the exams, are gathered at our monitoring base, so that any occurrences can be resolved quickly and efficiently. With the completion of the delivery of the envelopes containing the exams, we have finished an important stage, and now we will monitor the movement of the candidates, so that everyone can take the exams safely and calmly," said the Secretary of Public Security and Social Defense, Ualame Machado.

The delivery of the envelopes, carried out by the Postal Service, was supported by the Military Police and proceeded as planned. After the deliveries, the agents remain on standby, monitoring all movement around the testing locations throughout the exam.

Monitoring - In Belém, the security forces are concentrated in the Situation Room of the Civil Defense Coordination, at the Military Fire Department Command, receiving information, monitoring data, and communicating with the other 14 Regional Centers spread across the state for data reception and alignment.

The Operations Coordinator of Segup during the exam, Delegate Danielle Souza, emphasizes that the integrated work helps ensure that the entire scheme set up and planned is successful. "With the presence of all those involved in the event since early morning, we were able to monitor the entire logistics for the delivery of the envelopes, as well as, shortly, the movement of the candidates to the testing locations. So far, the actions are proceeding as planned, without any changes, and we will be monitoring everything until the exams are completed," said the coordinator.

Calm - As of 12 p.m., no incidents had been reported in the area of public security. The actions continue without changes, according to the plan.
