The goal was to enhance the observation, analysis, and response capacity of professionals in the face of potential threats, especially at large international events.

On the morning of this Friday (31), employees of the Social Organization Pará 2000 participated in the Terrorist Threat Perception Course, held at the Teatro Maria Sylvia Nunes, at Estação das Docas, in Belém. The training was conducted by the Army's Operational Command and is part of the preparation actions for the 30th United Nations Conference on Climate Change (COP30), which will be hosted in the capital of Pará in the coming weeks.

The goal was to enhance the observation, analysis, and response capacity of professionals in the face of potential threats, especially at large international events. The training brought together employees who work in spaces managed by Pará 2000, such as Estação das Docas, Mangal das Garças Zoobotanical Park, Utinga Camillo Vianna State Park, and Hangar Convention and Exhibition Center of the Amazon, as well as security agents, parking operators, and employees of tenants in these areas.

“Participation in the course is essential to reinforce the culture of prevention and security among our teams. This preparation directly contributes to the success of COP30 and other large events held in the spaces managed by Pará 2000,” highlighted Roni Ferreira, operational coordinator of the organization.
